Description
It has a good applicability for many material and can be widely used in chemical industry, light industry, food, paper, mining and other industrial sectors. It applies to carry out separating liquid and solid of the suspensions material which weight thickness of solid phase ≤ 10% (or volume concentration of ≤ 50% after settlement24 hours) and equivalent diameter of solid-phase particle ≥ 0.005 ~ 2 mm, liquid-solid density difference ≥ 0.05 g / cm 3, such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polyvinyl chloride, lees, bean dregs , soy protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil and palm oil, kaolin, white mud, sludge from environmental protection industry and also applies to various types of chemical products which use settlement centrifugal separation principle, these material all can be carried out effectively.
According to feed feature, product can be divide into LW two-phase separator, LWS three-phase separator. It is suitable for separating different feed under different process condition, and widely use in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, environmental protection industry etc.

Working principle
The suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and the spiral discharge port. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation, the solid particles with a larger specific gravity are deposited on the inner wall of the drum, and the spiral blades that move relative to the drum continuously move .The solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum are scraped and pushed out of the slag discharge port.The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer regulating plate. The relative movement between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed is realized by the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor.
Product structure
The centrifuge is a countercurrent horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge for sludge dewatering. The main engine is composed of drum (stainless steel 2205), screw (stainless steel 2205+316L) and differential system. The differential speed is automatically fed back and adjusted according to the load change, and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure the constant dryness of the solid slag and get a drier solid slag.
It is poured by an integral centrifuge, and then processed by precision turning after solution treatment. The solid phase slag discharge port is equipped with replaceable tungsten carbide wear-resistant bushing. The inner wall of the centrifuge drum is welded with anti-skid wear-resistant strips to prevent the solid particles from tangential rotation and wear on the inner wall of the drum.

Advantages
1)Rotation speed of distiller's grains dewatering centrifuge: Generally, distiller's grains dewatering centrifuge should be above 3000 revolutions. The higher the rotation speed, the higher the separation factor of distiller's grains dewatering centrifuge, and the better the separation effect.
2)Material of distiller's grains dehydration centrifuges: Different materials have different physical and chemical indicators such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Foreign distiller's grains dehydration centrifuges are generally made of 304L or duplex stainless steel, and the abrasion components must be made of ceramic composite materials.
3)Differential control of distiller's grains dehydration centrifuges: Different differentials have different control accuracy, and there is a significant difference in service life and maintenance costs. The higher the differential accuracy, the better the adaptability to materials. Therefore, it is advisable to select equipment with high differential accuracy.
4)Length to diameter ratio: The larger the length to diameter ratio of the distiller's grains dehydration centrifuge, the greater its processing capacity, and the lower its moisture content.
5)Control system: Whether it is automatic programming control. Currently, domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers have basically achieved full automatic control of the equipment.
6)Installation power: It affects the control of energy consumption. Generally, domestic equipment has a high energy consumption ratio, while foreign equipment has a low energy consumption ratio.
7)Processing and manufacturing technology: The distiller's grains dehydration centrifuge is a separation equipment with high precision processing requirements. Enterprises that do not have precision processing capabilities produce products with high maintenance rates and limited processing capabilities.
